Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they walk into your house. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers create their first thoughts about your home and how you perform house's regular maintenance.
Understanding this helps us to choose what plan of action we can use to draw buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't pretty on the outside with refreshed paint and bright greenery we'll need to tackle those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer see themselves watching a movie in your living space, unwinding in your master bedroom or getting work done in your home office? We want your house to welcome buyers and offer them a sense of contentment. I'll help you do this by suggesting changes that highlight the features of your place.
I'll advise you put out of sight anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be clutter-free. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and play time drawings should get moved out of sight. We need to "neutralize" the place so buyers can perceive it as their new home.
I'll review every room of your home. Improvements that directly impact your bottom line include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need washing
Potential buyers want a property that seems comfortable. Personal items that could be unsightly should be put away in order for your house to garner mass appeal to buyers.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when you're ready to host an Open House, because all of the improvements mesh together to set the stage for what buyers can envision when they consider buying your house. Brightness is critical and we'll part the curtains, and add lighting where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests experience your home and assure a pleasing scent flows room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your loveseat and bed. We want buyers to feel like your place has the potential to be. |
