Meet Ashleigh
REALTOR®Designations: Buyer’s Agent, ABR, SFR, RENE
Ashleigh is originally from Rappahannock County, Virginia, and is an alumnus of Virginia Tech with a B.A. in Geography-Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching in Special Education. She and her husband lived in Breckenridge, Colorado, and Asheville, North Carolina before putting their roots down in Charlottesville. She is a mother of two young boys and loves raising them in such a family-friendly place.
After teaching at the middle and high school level, Ashleigh and her husband opened Moe’s Original BBQ in 2015 in Charlottesville. Her experience negotiating commercial leases, restaurant design, build-out, and running a successful business in a tough market have all led her to the field of real estate. In 2022, Ashleigh and her husband successfully sold their restaurant on Ivy Road.
She is a strong supporter of her community and her profession; Ashleigh serves on the area’s Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Virginia Chapter and is proud to serve the real estate agent community as a member of the Professional Development Committee for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS®.
Ashleigh loves spending time with her family, hiking, gardening, skiing, and restoring her historic property in Ivy! Hospitality has always come naturally to her, and her patience, attention to detail, and strong work ethic ensure that she will work hard to find the best home for her clients!
