About Ninfa Profaci

Designations: Buyer’s Agent, ABR, SRES, RSPS, AHWD, C2EX

Originally from Holmdel, NJ, Ninfa moved to Charlottesville in 1996 to open an Italian market with her family while raising her three young sons. In 2005, with her sons grown and off to college, she became a real estate agent.

 

Having moved several times around Charlottesville/Albemarle County, Ninfa knew she wanted to focus her business on buyer representation. From 2005 to 2019 she acted as a buyer representative for the highly successful “White Coat Real Estate Team” and later continued assisting buyers and sellers through 2021. Ninfa missed that team dynamic and longed to once again be part of a finely tuned team. Ninfa was able to fulfill her goal to rejoin a team in early 2022 with an opportunity to join the highly acclaimed Denise Ramey Team at Long and Foster Real Estate.

 

Ninfa continues to strive to improve her skillset, constantly educating herself to better serve her client base. She has worked to attain designations as both an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She has also completed her At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification and her C2EX (REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence) which develops and enhances competencies that indicate a real estate agent commitment to ethics, advocacy, technology, data privacy, and customer service.

 

When not selling real estate, she enjoys traveling, creating delicious dishes for friends and family, exploring the ever-expanding local culture, hiking, attending athletic events at the University of Virginia, and running a small homestay cottage. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Gary, their combined 7 children, 5 grandchildren, and of course their pups, cats, and chickens!
